"I'm Going Slightly Mad" ("en español" Me estoy volviendo un poquito loco) es una canción escrita por Freddie Mercury, interpretada y realizada por la banda de Rock inglesa Queen extraído de su álbum Innuendo realizado en 1991. Aunque la canción parece ser algo humorística, hay gente que piensa que tiene un mensaje más oscuro con respecto al sida, ya que esta enfermedad lleva a la demencia, entonces Freddie dice como se siente en la lucha contra esta enfermedad. La canción fue lanzada como sencillo en marzo de 1991.
Video
El video es uno de los más famosos de Queen junto con Bohemian Rhapsody y con I Want to Break Free. Pese a lo enfermo que se encontraba Freddie, se le ve muy activo durante la grabación del video (realizado, como todos los otros videos del disco Innuendo, por DoRo Productions) en el cual se muestra a los miembros de la banda vestidos de forma extraña y haciendo cosas absurdas como Brian May vestido de pingüino, Roger Taylor con una tetera en la cabeza, John Deacon vestido de bufón y Freddie Mercury utilizando un grupo de plátanos como si fueran una peluca, además en el video aparece un hombre vestido de gorila, que más tarde se reveló que era Elton John. Este fue junto con el video de These Are the Days of Our Lives uno de los últimos videos que grabó Freddie antes de morir.
